Everyone needs a buddy sometimes and through peer mentors we are using members of the network to support their colleagues when they face real challenges. Equally, partnerships which have real strengths in key areas are being deployed to help other partnerships.
Unique challenges require a unique solution, which is why we use innovative tools and programmes to help you when you most need it.
Some SSPs are leading the way in their area of work, and advanced practitioner seminars provide a showcase for this success and also opportunities for others to learn from it. They are a great opportunity to acquire knowledge, skills and understanding and often involve pre-course tasks and follow-up activity.
