Trust and Foundation Schools
The Youth Sport Trust is delighted to be working in partnership with the Foundation and Aided Schools National Association (FASNA) and the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust (SSAT) to deliver the national Trust and Foundation Schools agenda.

"We believe that Trust and Foundation status is a natural progression for all schools in their efforts to raise standards as well as further develop and sustain their collaboration not only with their existing partners but new partners too."
Steve Grainger, Chief Executive Youth Sport Trust
"Trust status allows schools to build long lasting relationships with a range of partners including businesses, higher education institutions, charities and community groups. These partners bring a wealth of experience and skills to Trust schools, helping to enrich the curriculum, raise attainment and improve the life chances of pupils."
Lord Andrew Adonis, Parliamentary under Secretary of State for Schools and Learners
