  • To understand why HQ PE is important to young people

  • To discuss and share ideas with young people on how HQ PE can be delivered

Mini-Keynote 2 - Understanding the competition landscape

An overview of the inspirational vision for a world leading competitive school sport  structure being driven in partnership by schools, NGB’s and the Youth Sport Trust. The mini keynote will outline:

  • The rationale for the vision and the tough questions we all share responsibility for answering
  • How the new structure will deliver on the objectives of sport and why NGB’s are so excited about its potential
  • An example of an NGB’s Competition Plan from the RFU

Mini Keynote 4 - Four years to London 2012 Olympic and Paralympics

To outline Get Set – the recently launched London 2012 education programme and explore how it could be used to support sore SSP objectives.
